It’s a rapidly changing world – and the public sector is no different. Councils are being challenged to make efficiencies and improvements, as well as meet the expectations of the Localism agenda and public sector reform.


Often, this involves reshaping the way services are delivered – both individually and collaboratively.


We’ve developed a full suite of tools including the Local Economy network, conference opportunities, roundtable events, training to manage transition processes including TUPE consultation, and collaborative leadership coaching sessions to support our members as they understand and evaluate the options for reshaping public service delivery.
