Andre Theobalds Systems Engineer, Rockwell Collins


As a systems engineer at Rockwell Collins for the past five years, Andre Theobalds has been involved in a number of projects, including develop- ment of a terrain awareness and warning system (TAWS) for use in business regional commercial aircraft sys- tems. TAWS warns pilots of potential terrain collision by highlighting the terrain map and commanding audio alerts. Theobalds, who graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in electri- cal engineering in 2004 and from Morgan State University with a master’s in mechani- cal in 2006, also worked as a graduate assistant at Morgan State.

joined Verizon Communica- tions in 2009 as a network engineer. Today, network manager is his job title. Wash- ington has been a member of Black Professional Men for 14 years. He is a 1999 graduate of Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical/com- puter engineering. He earned a master degree’s in telecommu- nications management from Stevens Institute of Technol- ogy in 2005


Stephanie Eldridge Vice President, JPMorgan


Stephanie Eldridge has more than 15 years’ experi- ence managing a diverse range of customer-driven solutions for companies within the banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, academic and not-for-profit fields. She is currently vice president-pro- gram manager at JPMorgan. Previously, she was manager of infrastructure planning and assurance at the University of Pennsylvania, senior program manager at Booz Allen Ham- ilton and a senior information engineer at Ciena Corp. She pursued a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Morgan State University and a master’s in business adminis- tration from the University of Baltimore.
