Companies such as Ford Motor Co., Cisco, PepsiCo and General Dynamics have come to rely on historically black colleges and uni- versities (HBCUs) as a resource for promising workers who are not only talented, analytical and creative but who also have track records of performing at exceptionally high levels. These businesses know that colleges and universities such as Tuskegee, Morgan State, North Carolina A&T, Howard and Hampton produce leaders who are not afraid to tackle the most demanding and difficult tasks.


The following alumni of HBCUs have demonstrated their unique talents since their college days and now are achieving phenomenal success in the workplace.
