Let the music play MUSIC on the Hill has been given the official go- ahead by Tonbridge and Malling Council’s licensing committee. The three-day music fes-

tival at Kings Hill had met opposition from a few resi- dents living close to the site in Tower View, who raised concerns about traf- fic and noise issues. Tosatisfy police and health and safety guide- lines, the premises licence was granted with a number of conditions including a park and ride service, noise level management and a ban on alcohol being brought onto the site dur- ing the public opening times on June 25 and 26.
