programmed, no-staff classes which are activated through a speaker system at the touch of a button. New classes are sent to clubs every three months. Club members can choose whether
to book in to a 45-minute class or use a 20-minute ‘Explosion’ session as part of their cardio gym training. Tube is taking bookings for demos at its new showroom in Huntingdon.

Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield has launched 30-minute kettlebell classes using Jordan kettlebells. They say the sessions were introduced
for example, there are 13 weights ranging from 0.5kg to 10kg, each in a different colour. The line has been designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and highly durable.
