The first, Cancer’s Elusive Evo- lution – Implications for Prevention, Early Detection and Treatment, is presented in association with the University of Natural Medicine and will take place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., April 17, at CedrosWorks, in Solana Beach. In this seminar, Dr. T will discuss natural and scientific ways of approaching cancer’s progression. The second seminar, The Anti-Aging Lifestyle – Scien- tific Principles for Optimal Health, Youthful Appearance and Longevity, will take place from 7 to 9 p.m., April 18, at the Encinitas Community Center, and will cover nature’s wellness tools and the fundamental nutrients and dietary choices that may extend and maximize the enjoy- ment of life.

Head to Toe Women’s Expo T
he Head to Toe Women’s Expo returns to the Del Mar Fairgrounds on April 15, 16 and 17, offering

This year’s event includes a fashion show and complimentary wine tasting, and features more than 170 exhibits showcasing apparel, jewelry and handbags; makeup, skin care and health and fit- ness products; spa services; gourmet foods; designer items; and services for the home.
Celebrity guests will include Brenda Strong, of
Desperate Housewives, who will present a seminar on women’s wisdom and empowerment; Vincent Irizarry, of All My Children; and Gordana Gelhausen, clothing designer and Project Runway alumna.
Other Expo highlights include a daily free baby shower for 40 expectant moms in the Baby Bump and
