Hallfieldfirst provides an excellent introduction to life at Hallfield.
Care is provided by dedicated staff 51 weeks of the year (weekdays only, excluding Bank Holidays) from 8.00am until 6.00pm.
We understand the pressures you can face as working parents and do all we can to provide a caring, happy, safe and stimulating environment for your child.
Parents and carers are regarded as the most important people in the child’s life and by developing a partnership with you we can offer your child security and continuity of care.
OUR NURSERY AIMS: • To provide a caring, happy, safe and stimulating environment in which children will be given opportunities and experiences to develop to their full potential
• To respect individuality and encourage positive self images, social skills and independence in each child
• To meet the needs and requirements of individual children
“I strongly believe the quality of care
at Hallfield is unparalleled.” PARENT
• To encourage and create mutual respect regardless of ability, ethnicity and sex
The promotion of your child’s all round development – physical, intellectual, social and emotional – is our primary concern. Our routine is structured around the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing experiences and learning through a play based approach, in a happy and relaxed atmosphere. You can be sure that right from his or her very first day your child will be involved in experiences promoting

Your child will be free to pursue his or her own interests and to express himself or herself. We will also encourage your child to participate in arranged activities suitable to his or her stage of development.

Activities in groups help develop social skills, confidence, concentration and listening – through music, drama, discussions and cookery. Staff spend one to one time with key children with attention being given to the individual needs of your son or daughter. All forms of play are educational and are part of the EYFS.
