Monarchy Enterprises (located in Zug, Switzerland) a worldwide sales & distribution company for theatrical films such as ALVIN & THE CHIPMUNKS, SOMMERSBY, HEAT, LA CONFIDENTIAL, MR & MRS SMITH, etc. is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, flexible and conscientious:


JUNIOR SALES ExECUTIVE (F/M)


Reporting to the Vice President, Sales & Operations.


Principle Responsibilities:


• Review existing television licensing agreements • Research and evaluate market developments and licensing possibilities of mainly library films to national, regional and basis cable broadcasters in European Countries


• Help prepare sales documentation and avails prior to conferences (e.g. MIPTV or MIPCOM) • License library titles to television broadcasters • Evaluate proposals from 3rd parties or agents • Negotiate television broadcasting rights and review newly negotiated agreements


• Assist with general post-sales- activities (e.g. servicing) where necessary


• Provide support with general sales administration-related issues


Requirements:


Excellent English (verbal and written); basis contract analysis skills; first experience in sales (ideally in film or similar industry); rights licensing; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize; ability to handle confidential information; versatility. Travel is essential (ca. 20-40% primarily throughout Europe).


Qualified candidates should be driven to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; possess initiative with strong self-management skills and thrive in a team environment with a positive, congenial attitude.
