a Broken ankLe and a Broken record!

A south London lettings agency is celebrating after achieving its most successful month ever in spite of its manager breaking her ankle. The team at Felicity J Lord Lettings in Shad Thames let out more properties in September than ever; all the more remarkable as Monika Matuleviciute had tripped and broken her ankle. “At first I was very concerned, as we are such a small team here. Everyone has been fantastic, we have all pulled together. I carry out the valuations so the team have taken me to appointments and helped in so many ways. To have achieved our best month despite this setback is incredible.” Monika says that much

of its success is down to her team’s expert knowledge, with negotiators Ricardo Rocha and Martina Mecelova, supported by administrator Anna Zloteck. Divisional Lettings Director Mariella Petralia said, “Monika and the team at Shad Thames thoroughly deserve their success and should be extremely proud of their achievements.”

Kellie Regan said, “I am confident that our landlords, tenants and staff joining Leaders will be well looked after. “The management team at

Leaders has impressed us with their professional and pragmatic approach and the speed with which they have completed their acquisition, creating minimal fuss and disruption to our landlords and tenants. They are clearly experts at making this process as painless as possible.”
