new appoIntment for mason owen


Liverpool based commercial property company Mason Owen has strengthened its team with the appointment of Mark Coulthurst. Mark is a key player in regional commercial property with 20 years experience. He joins Mason Owen from CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in Liverpool, where he was a director. He has also previously worked for Irving Rice and Matthews and Goodman. He will work with Mason Owen’s business premises department alongside Andrew Owen and Paul Thorne, with an emphasis on industrial agency. Mark said, “I am extremely pleased to be joining Mason Owen. My remit is to assist the industrial agency team and increase their presence across Merseyside and beyond. Mason Owen is a strong independent firm and I’m looking forward to an exciting future with them.”

Surveyor in 1979 and shortly after joined his current practice of

Roundhay office in Leeds, Lynne Taylor, accounts manager, and Gemma Thornton, systems, training and compliance manager share more than 30 years’ experience at Linley & Simpson. Launched with one office and


two staff 13 years ago, the company now employs more than 80 staff across eight offices – York, Harrogate, Wetherby, Ilkley, Wakefield and three in Leeds. “Staff are our greatest asset and these promotions recognise the significant contributions that Nick, Lynne and Gemma have made to the company’s success,” said director Nick Simpson. “As well as maintaining their

Cfp expands sales team CFP has appointed Lauren Gray as a new Area Sales Manager in the Midlands. Her


main role is to source and bring in new business by promoting the benefits of CFPwinMan. Lauren was an Area Team


Leader in property management for a London lettings agency, managing six people and 800 properties. Lauren commented, “I have


found my new role at CFP to be exciting, fresh and challenging as I am enjoying meeting new companies to see how I can help them achieve their longer term business plans.
