What is Servicetrac Audit?
Servicetrac Audit is a piece of software which you access via the Internet. Commonly referred to as Cloud computing, you have no software to install, no more PC’s to buy or anything like that. You simply go to the website, login and work away.
In the field, Staff use a PDA, Phone, Tablet PC, Laptop or standard Computer Terminal to capture answers to questions which are then reported back in ‘real time’ to the website. Servicetrac enables you to conduct Audits on anything you would otherwise have used a clipboard and pen for. Unlike a clipboard and pen, when it comes time to analyse the data and ensure compliance and service delivery, Servicetrac will have done all the work and will give you an instant output. No more piles of paper, manual data entry and manipulating spreadsheets, all of which are prone to error, very time consuming and often too late to be of any use to you when produced.
Using the latest web technologies, data is securely transferred from the PDA to the Servicetrac Software using GPRS, via Wi-Fi or simply by using fixed cradle sync. Once the audit has been completed and signed off, it is uploaded and performance data is immediately available on the web to be analysed and presented however needed.
Servicetrac Audit also allows for multiple audits. This means that the software can be used for recording data across multiple survey requirements, multiple business areas and multiple locations. You are not restricted to simply auditing your cleaning, your Health and Safety or your assets. You can survey anything you like and all from one device.
Servicetrac is simple to use. You can create your own surveys, specifications, questions and answers, then pass them into the business for completion; Cleanliness, Health and Safety, Staff Competence, Risk Assessments, Asset records or anything else that is required. Alternatively, you can adopt National Standards already built into the software.
