It should be noted that the weight of this piece, fractionally exceeding 7 dwt, is the standard for the Leeward Islands, but as the coin was seemingly not ‘regulated’ down to this weight it may simply be coincidence

First three fine, last very fine and in spite of the late host coin date the very light weight suggests a contemporary forgery rather than a modern copy £500-700
