Speaking of graduate students, there were several repre- sented at the Alabama Music Research Seminar, held on the campus of the University of Alabama, June 23, 2007. Their work and the work of their faculty col- leagues are listed below. This event is sponsored by the UA School of Music every other year and it is a great way for new research to be disseminated in an environ- ment that is both supportive and engaging. Kudos to all the presenters and the participants!
