himself, with a visit to
the Livingston factory
of Mitsubishi
Electric, where the
Ecodan
®
residential
heating system is
manufactured.
Scottish Gas has
already placed an
order for Ecodan air
source heat pumps as part of the Scottish Government’s Energy Assistance
Package, which aims to help people who are struggling with rising fuel bills.
Grants of up to £6500 are available through the £60 million package.

Sensible Heat Announces New Telephone Interface
The Telephone
Interface allows remote
control of the heating,
hot water system and
potentially other
systems by using a
standard voice
telephone line.
Installation is simple,
and can be
undertaken by any
competent electrician.
The Telephone Interface can be used to control a Honeywell Hometronic
system, or a simple conventional timeclock-driven system, and can co-exist on
the telephone line with a fax or answering machine, a dedicated line is not
required. Sensible Heat are sole UK and Ireland distributors for the
Hometronic system. We offer services to the UK and Ireland. Sensible Heat
supply either through Custom Installers, where projects require integration
with other technology, or direct to homeowners.
