Welcome to the Cityscape Saudi Arabia Real
Estate Development and Investment Conference
Held under the gracious patronage of HRH Prince Misha’al bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, Governor of
Jeddah, we are delighted to present an action-packed and interactive three-day programme of
conference events.
The past six months has been a challenging period for global real estate markets, and for all of
us involved at every level of the development and investment world, 2009 will undoubtedly be
remembered as a turning point for the industry.
As we look internally at our own companies and our future strategic direction, the Cityscape
Saudi Arabia conference programme also offers the opportunity to look at the ‘big picture’ and the

Investor Round Tables
The Saudi Arabia Investor Round Table sessions
will serve as a unique opportunity to discuss
current issues surrounding the residential real
estate market in the Kingdom. There will be two
sessions, one in English and the other in Arabic,
scheduled on the first and second days of the
exhibition. These exclusive invitation-only
forums allow senior level investors, developers
and other key industry players to relax in an inti-
mate forum and engage in stimulating dialogue.
A moderator will also be present to enhance the
flow of discussion.
