GRAND FINALE LA CASA DEL ZORRO
This year, we were lucky enough to call La Casa del Zorro Resort, in the heart of the desert, both our finale venue and home for the night. Set on a 42-acre desert site in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, this low-rise, upscale resort dates from 1937. Individual, private casitas boast separate living spaces and enjoy private pools and/or hot tubs. The casitas are perfect for couples, families and those travelling with friends. The resort itself has tennis courts, three pools, fitness centre, yoga studio and a world class spa with treatments to soothe the mind.
PRESENTATION
To enable the agents to get a feel for every one of the fantastic fam itineraries, each group put together a short presentation on their week in California. Packed full of highlights, once-in-a- lifetime moments and unforgettable experiences, these were a fun and informative way to learn more about the Golden State. Our SuperFAM partners British Airways, TrekAmerica & Grand American Adventures and Borrego Springs CVB also took the chance to bring everyone fully up to date on latest developments and news.
CALIFORNIA ROAD SHOW
To ensure all the agents had the opportunity to learn as much as possible about the locations featured on the itineraries, representatives from the destinations and attractions participated in the Road Show element of the finale. This was a great opportunity for agents to meet with representatives from places they didn’t visit on their itinerary, enabling them to discover and learn even more from their visit to the Golden State, ensuring they are able to make their customers holidays to California the very best that they can be.
AFTER PARTY
After an authentic Mexican dinner, complete with serenading mariachi band, agents, group leaders and destination partners ended the night in the Fox Den Bar, where karaoke, music and laughter filled the air until the small hours.
