Heat recovery


The Compact range offers higher performance, including condensation ratio, with excellent compactness when serving as exhaust gas heat exchangers in CHP machines up to 200 kWel. More and more CHP producers are switching to Airec models to benefit from these advantages.


Process


The Compact air/liquid heat exchanger combines higher thermal performance with lower pressure drop.


Less space is required compared with traditional air/liquid heat exchangers.


Cryogenics


Heat recovery from warm gases using Airec heat exchangers gives rapid payback and huge environmental benefits.


For low-pressure steam, the Airec combina- tion of high performance with low pressure drop often offers payback within one year.


High-pressure systems


The superior condensing capacity of Airec heat exchangers is utilized in gas cleaning, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other process applications.


For cryogenic gas/gas applications, Airec offers both the capacity to deliver superior heat exchanger systems and the competence to handle system design and certification procedures. Airec systems already in operation have over 99% thermal efficiency.


As a water-cooled intercooler, Compact offers a more compact design and higher performance with a much lower requirement for cooling water compared with traditional intercoolers.
