The impact we make on other’s lives will transcend us. As this year begins, I’m often thinking about why I do what I do and how much my parents influenced my life. I grew up in an extremely artistic household. We were surrounded by art and the appreciation for creativity in everything from literature to science.
When I think of all the ways one can impact the lives of others, art is perhaps the most awe-inspiringly positive. It beckons us to transcend and further ourselves from generation to generation on such a fundamental level.
