It takes a village to get all of the beautiful artwork into a gallery, but one of the most important people in that process is the Inventory Manager. Working at Exclusive Collections’ main office warehouse for the last four years, Juliann Abilo has developed the skill of navigating and providing for the needs of each artist, gallery, and client.

Juliann’s work ethic was developed from her father, whose strict military background influenced her desire to do things correctly or have a willingness to do things again if needed, and her organizational and memory skills were developed by her mother, who influenced the belief that everything had its place.

Requests and needs can turn on a dime, and Juliann is quick to make sure that items are available and ready. She spends countless hours inspecting every piece to make sure that there is no damage or flaw. This keen eye for detail also helps her on the accounting end, as she also processes the invoices and reconciles the sales of all the inventory each month.

As the inventory manager, Juliann has to keep up with the fast turnover and movement of artwork received from different vendors, organize the pieces throughout the main office warehouse, and make sure that every piece is perfect to supply the galleries or ship to a client.
