St Clare grows up


St Clare is currently the largest ship in our fl eet and has recently been extensively refurbished to provide a superb on board experience.


To support the introduction of our new ship, we plan to increase the size of St Clare’s top vehicle deck to allow double deck loading and accommodate more cars (although her overall size and shape will not change).


By modifying St Clare as well as buying a new ship with double deck loading, we will make the most of the opportunities to increase capacity when most people want to travel. The investment in St Clare is a relatively modest part of the overall budget shown here but it means that we can undertake double deck loading every hour, rather than just every two hours.


All of this gives us more opportunities to provide more space when more of our customers wish to travel.
