AgustaWestland Introduces New Customer Service Plans For Its Commercial Helicopters


AgustaWestland has introduced a new range of AgustaWestland Service off erings to better serve the wide ranging needs of its customers. Four new plans called Essential, Full Components, Operational Support and All Inclusive have been developed to address diff erent levels of customer operational needs. Additionally customers can choose either Priority or Standard service levels, both with a performance guarantee, and Payment By Hour or Ex Post Payment, giving customers a total of 16 combinations to choose from.


The Essential Plan provides a Logistic Support Guarantee


covering all major components related to the aircraft powertrain and landing gear. Included are repair, overhaul, replacement and/or exchange of parts including Life Limited parts, Time Between Overhaul parts and parts for Mandatory technical bulletin application. Coverage extends to scheduled and unscheduled events, enhancing Customer aircraft availability, reducing inventory costs and minimising Repair & Overhaul expenses.


The Full Components Plan provides a Logistic Support Guarantee covering all components considered in the basic helicopter confi guration and avionic components. Included are repair, overhaul, replacement and/or exchange of parts including Life Limited parts, Time Between Overhaul parts and parts for Mandatory technical bulletin application. Coverage extends to scheduled and unscheduled events, enhancing Customer aircraft availability, reducing inventory costs and minimising Repair & Overhaul expenses. The Operational Support Plan provides a Logistic Support Guarantee covering all material components considered in the basic helicopter confi guration and avionic components. It also includes the Base Maintenance labour, provided at an approved AgustaWestland Service Centre. The plan provides repair, overhaul, replacement and/or exchange of parts including Life Limited parts, Time Between Overhaul parts and parts for Mandatory technical bulletin application. Coverage extends to scheduled and unscheduled events, enhancing Customer aircraft availability, reducing inventory costs and minimising Repair &Overhaul expenses. The All Inclusive Plan, provides a Logistic Support Guarantee covering all material components considered in the basic helicopter confi guration, avionics and the maintenance labour, provided at an approved AgustaWestland Service Centre. Also included is the repair, overhaul, replacement and/or exchange of parts including Life Limited parts, Time Between Overhaul parts and parts for Mandatory technical bulletin application.

Labor is also included for all maintenance tasks: the daily inspections, the lighter maintenance tasks undertaken whilst the aircraft remains in service and heavier maintenance tasks which remove the aircraft from operation. Coverage extends to scheduled and unscheduled events, enhancing Customer aircraft availability, reducing inventory costs and minimizing Repair & Overhaul expenses. All the AgustaWestland Service Plans also provide other


benefi ts including higher aircraft availability, minimal up-front investment and a higher resale value of the aircraft knowing the aircraft has been maintained in an authorized maintenance facility using OEM approved parts.
