PLANMECA PROMAX DIGITAL PAN AND PAN/ CEPH X-RAYS
PLANMECA ProMax X-ray’s unique SCARA arm (Selectively Compliant Articulated Robot Arm) enables precise, complex movements required in rotational maxillofacial radiography. The ProMax’s digital CCD imaging system delivers highly detailed radiographic images for each individual patient type and for virtually any maxillofacial diagnostics needed. ProMax combines several imaging modalities: panoramic, advanced panoramic for specific diagnostics of the arch, the jaw, maxillary sinuses and TMJ, tomographic slices for morphologic diagnostics and cephalometry. DICOM-compliant Romexis imaging software is supplied with the unit. The ProMax Digital X-ray can be upgraded to high tech functionality as needed: (1) add cephalometric capabilities and (2) upgrade from film or digital to 3D (CBCT).
