Biography: As a partner in the corporate and finance practice group since 2001, Soonghee Lee mainly focuses on finance and securities related work. He is highly experienced in financial regulations, capital market litigation and dispute resolution, and various transactions involving financial institutions, financial investment companies and listed companies. His expertise includes advising on financial investment instruments, including structured securities, such as foreign exchange derivatives, ELS and other financial derivatives, ISDA contracts, investigation and inspection of financial supervisory institutions, M&A and other transactions between financial institutions and listing on Korean exchanges and foreign exchanges.
