Biography: Bogdan C Stoica is a partner in the M&A group, also heading the healthcare and pharmaceuticals practice, providing legal advice to the majority of the private hospitals in Romania, on regulatory and licensing issues to M&A. In the last few years, Bogdan has advised on the majority of the high profile M&A deals in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals and IT industries and also a few of the largest M&A transactions in Romania in other industries, including privatisations.
Bogdan is also experienced in banking and finance, acting for corporations, banks and non-banking financial institutions on a broad range of lending, investment and credit instruments activities.
Recent transactionalhighlights: • Ameropa Holding AG on the acquisition of Azomures SA, in one of the largest transactions in the recent years in Romania.
