Our sumptuous selections include signature dishes by Jean-Pierre Vigato, world-renowned Chef Propriétaire of the two-star Michelin-rated Restaurant Apicius in Paris, designed especially for 2014 sailings on both of our luxury vessels. His award-winning cuisine is featured in L’Etoile aboard Te Moana and La Veranda onboard Te Gauguin.


Delicious vegetarian, gluten-free, and low-carb options are also available upon request.


L’Etoile—Elegant décor, crisp linens, and your choice of culinary creations await you in our exquisite main dining room. Open for dinner only, L'Etoile features expertly prepared cuisine presented on delicate china by our solicitous staff, ever ready to top off your glass when needed!


La Veranda—Warm ocean breezes, expansive views, and the tantalizing trademark fare of our talented chefs fill your senses in our indoor/outdoor dining venue. La Veranda is open for breakfast and lunch on both Te Moana and Te Gauguin, with an additional reservation-only dinner option available on Te Gauguin.


Le Grill (Te Gauguin only)—Enjoy more casual dining in Le Grill, where breakfast and lunch are served buffet style. For dinner, Polynesian-inspired delights set the table amid lively conversation and attentive service.
