TCB - FOR ELVIS IT WAS A PHILOSOPHY FOR LIFE: “TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS IN A FLASH”.
Created in 1970, the TCB design was sketched out while Elvis was fl ying near a thunderstorm from Memphis to Los Angeles. The TCB with lightning bolt design was taken to a local jeweler. Elvis presented the TCB pendants to the members of his entourage. Later, TLC (Tender Loving Care) pendants were made and given to the wives/girlfriends of his entourage. Elvis also incorporated the TCB logo and philosophy into his Karate Doctrine.
