Hammerson has calculated around 5.4m
sq ft of new offices will be delivered by 2020. “The cherry on the cake is that we will also
have numerous shoppers from the cruise ships,” says Mouton. Public reaction to the project has been
positive, with initial responses to a recent Hammerson survey showing that nine out of 10 people in Marseille know about the project, and half plan to visit when it opens. With a year to go until opening,
