• Have teaching and/or coaching experience • Possess 5 years of hands-on experience in the metalcasting industry


• Feel comfortable with speaking to large groups


• Be willing to teach at least twice per year and travel


• Wish to participate in a train-the-trainer program, and a yearly evaluation and improvement process
