Sliced on a harp style saw, entire product is cut completely through in one pass. Product is vacuum sealed and maintains its whole appearance and original shape with the added advantage of being pre-sliced.

Made from the Lean Center Parts of the Ham This City Ham has been sliced all the way through so no more slicing is needed. Individual pieces slide off easily so it is perfect for a help yourself buffet. Either half or a whole, there is no waste. A complimentary packet of our homemade honey glaze is included.
