Source: The Week, July 27, 2012
mericans are showing a steady decline in the amount of confidence they have in organized religion. Only 44% say they hold a great deal of
confidence in churches or organized religion, a decline from the 68% who held this stance two decades ago. What can your church do to remedy this lack of confidence in church and organized religion in your community and point those around you back to Christ?

ccording to a poll by Pew Research, the num- ber of American millenials (ages 18 to 30) who doubt the existence of God appears to be growing. While a strong 68% of young Americans indicated that they have never doubted God’s existence, it marks a 15-point drop from the 83% who made the same as- sertion in ’07. No other age group showed more than a two-point drop in the same five-year period. Consider how your church can help build a more solid founda- tion of faith amongst millenials in your congregation.
