discrimination by public or private employers, programs and contractors, or places of public accommodation. This includes people who have HIV/AIDS or are suspected of

LEGAL ASSISTANCE


Atlanta Legal Aid Society’s primary function is to provide referrals and legal representation to people who otherwise cannot obtain access to the court system —

DAY CARE


If you believe your child was refused admission to a day care center because he or she has HIV or AIDS, call the Department of Justice (phone number and website below).


PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS


If you think any public accommodations, such as restaurants, gymnasiums or hotels, have refused service to you because you have HIV or AIDS, call the Department of Justice (phone number and website below).
