Solutions for control, supervision and economical maintenance

H

oerbiger is an active player in compression and automation technology for the process gas

industry. Based on the concepts of reliability, high performance and efficiency, its product portfolio includes a wide range of key components for reciprocating compressors, such as:

n Non-return and pressure relief valves for protecting equipment.

n Piston rings and rider rings. n Standard packing rings and very low- emission, durable BCD packing rings

n A wide variety of durable valves and highly energy-efficient CE ring valves.

HOERBIGER

also offers solutions for control, supervision

and economical maintenance that is specifically geared to the customer’s particular requirements. The RecipCOM monitoring,

protection and diagnostic system provides monitoring and preventive maintenance for a constantly reliable, safe and efficient operation of

T

he small size of the new FLIR A35 brings effective, discrete and affordable thermal imaging to any

production line. It is fully compliant with both GeniCam and GigE Vision protocols making it instantly ready for quick and easily network installation. Communication and power are supplied via one cable. The FLIR A35 is suitable for open loop, high- speed applications whose quality and control can be governed by thermal contrast rather than accurate temperature measurement. And it can also enhance working safety as an effective early warning system for fire or hotspots. Image frequency is 60Hz and users can

choose the performance that best suits the need; 8-bit streaming of high contrast non-

reciprocating compressors – in real time and SIL certified. The HydroCOM capacity

control system is the most proven and most efficient

stepless control systems for reciprocating

compressor in refining, petrochemical and chemical applications. Dynamic control of the intake valves achieves a high level of

compressor efficiency for a relatively low investment. The system not only offers significant cost advantages and improved reliability in new systems, but can easily be retrofitted to any compressor. n

arameters such as humidity, temperature, air pressure, light and acceleration are of central

importance in order to obtain meaningful measurement results for industrial and scientific applications. The new all-in-one LOG-HC2, enables users to measure and save all these parameters simultaneously. The LOG-HC2 is a autonomous and

versatile data logger suited to long-term measurements. The loggers perform various documentation and recording fugnctions in a large number of industries, including chemical industries, mechanical engineering, storage faciliites, environmental and laboratory technology, aviation, research and development and many more applicatons. The LCD data logger can store more than 2,000,000 measured values. Thanks to its powerful lithium polymer rechargeable battery, the LOG-HC2 is ideal for long-term measurements. The easy-to-read four-line liquid crystal display with backlight has four individually configurable views. n
