SENIOR DESIGNER / DESIGNER HYDRODYNAMICS

Ulstein Design & Solutions offers a broad range of ship designs, equipment packages and engineering services for special-purpose offshore support vessels. Our Hydro-dynamicists are integral to the concept de- sign team, working in the whole cycle of projects, from idea to delivery.
Job description - Hullform design and development - System architecture development - Performance, Dynamic Positioning and Seakeeping analysis with model tests and numerical methods
- Sea Trials analysis and documentation
Qualifications - Masters/Bachelors in Naval Architecture/ Maritime Science or related
- Practical and Theoretical Hydrodynamics background - NAPA software experience is preferable - SHIPX workbench software is an advantage - Good understanding of shipbuilding & design
