THE AUTHOR


Humphrey Bacchus practises physical medicine and clinical nutrition in Oxford. He has completed clinical internships at The Mapleton Center for Neurological & Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine and the cardiac/oncology units at Boulder Community Hospital. He is currently a commissioning editor for sportEX dynamics and writes regularly for the British Mountaineering magazine SUMMIT. He teaches advanced clinical skills to osteopaths, acupuncturists and massage therapists in integrative treatment approaches for wellness and patient care. He also runs regular workshops for the public on the impact of nutritional status on chronic health conditions.
