Te VS line of shakeout decks can handle loads of up to 100- tons and provide throughputs up to 60-tons per hour. Used for separating the casting from the flask/mold, these decks are built to withstand the rigors and abuse of this phase of your casting production. Designed to work with supplemental attrition mills, we can provide individual components or complete, turn-key systems including engineering, site work and commissioning/ maintenance to meet your specific requirements.

An adjustable speed flow-through conveyor design, the MeshBlast system can eliminate potential part damage caused by part-on-part contact typical in tumbling cleaning systems. Each MeshBlast system is available with 4 to 8 blast wheels and has an abrasive cleaning and recycling system that removes sand and contami- nants for longer lasting wear parts and lower operating costs.
