THE FUTURE WILL BE HERE WIRED 2012: OCTOBER 25-26, LONDON
WIRED magazine’s editor David Rowan explains some of the many reasons why you cannot afford to let WIRED 2012 pass you by…
“There was a very special vibe at WIRED 2011, where in the conference hall you really felt you had a pulse on the future. With speakers from all over the world, from India to Australia; with top UK influencers from the WIRED100; with senior policymakers, investors and entrepreneurs packing the audience – it was a magical community where ideas exploded, networks were built and minds were hyperstimulated. I can’t wait to do it again in 2012.
“Ajaz Ahmed and Stefan Olander will be among speakers in a session on The New Rules of Business. We will also have another speaker strand which will examine The Power of Data. Sessions at WIRED 2012 will observe The Unfinished Social Revolution, with speakers from the front line of online activism. Troy Carter, David Karp and Lily Cole are looking to speak on Building a Business on Social and there will be guest curated sessions on The Future of Cities and on Astounding Creativity. Thomas Heatherwick and Alexa Meade will lead a session entitled Re-think What You See. All in addition to members of the WIRED100 who will have stage slots throughout the conference.”
