BRIDGING FINANCE

Bridging finance is the perfect tool for short-term lending and often speed is of the essence. We have developed and improved our bridg- ing processes over the years for this very reason and now completion is possible in as little as 24 hours if all documentation is in place. We un- derstand the importance of speed and have geared up our internal systems and external relationships with surveyors and solicitors for a fast response.

Blemain group can provide bridging finance for many different uses, further responding to brokers needs and supplying relevant prod- ucts. It is now being used more and more for commercial and profes- sional uses such as: • Bridging the gap between the sale of one property and the purchase of another

• Investment in business opportunities

• Buying property at auction • Seizing investment opportunities • Easing cash flow concerns • Clearing unexpected bills • Renovating property At Blemain Group, there is an in-

creasing trend in using bridging fi- nance for business acquisition both in expanding a current business or changing its use, for example turn- ing a property into a convenience store. First and second charge resi- dential bridging loans are available for amounts from £26,000 and up to 100% funding can be considered with extra security. Terms are up to 24 months.
