New leadership named for Cambridge Chamber Board
The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce some changes to our Board of Directors.

William Sage of Sage Hotel Corp. has completed his two-year term as chairman. On behalf of the Board of Directors, membership and staff, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Bill and his organization for their unwavering support.

In February, we welcomed our new Chairman Arthur Spears and Chair-elect Jeffrey Lockwood. The board and CCC staff are enthusiastic about the next two years under Art and Jeff’s  leadership.

Art Spears is the Chief Executive Officer of East Cambridge Savings Bank. Art previously served as treasurer of the CCC Board of Directors. Many of you have met Art at a variety of community events as ECSB is a huge supporter of the Cambridge community. Art has served on the CCC’s board for over five years.

Jeffrey Lockwood is Global Head of Communications for Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research. Novartis is an engaged community partner and Jeff is no stranger to CCC activities. Jeff has held a seat on the CCC’s Executive/Finance Committee for over four years.

The board also welcomes a new treasurer, Penny Garver of Sovereign |│Santander. Penny served on the CCC Board of Directors for over five years and on the Executive/Finance Committee prior to being selected as treasurer. Per the by-laws, the officers and executive committee serve for the term of the chairman.

On behalf of the membership and staff of the CCC, we offer much appreciation to our entire Board of Directors. Your support of this chamber is unmatched and reflects your dedication to the success of our business community.
