reWd AdAMS & tHe LASt SKeptiK ‘EVERYTHING’S OK’ (BREAD & BUTTER)
THE fi rst single off album ‘How Not To Make A Living’ (i.e. work in the dance music industry), ‘Everything’s OK’ is a collaboration between MC Rewd Adams and in-demand beat maker The Last Skeptik. A tale of fi nding bliss in the tried and tested tradition of love, not money, it’s also a verbal paean to verbosity and lyricism itself.
Added to this is the snazzy animated video from Sonny Malhotra and two further tracks, ‘Bring It Back’, which features cuts from DMC Champion Mr Thing, and ‘Nukey’, a rough uptempo explosion of hardcore fl ows, making the 7th of May release date much anticipated.
MARK FANCIULLI
HAVING a brother already well established as one of the biggest names in house music could have been a double-edged sword, but Mark Fanciulli (brother of Nic) has already proved his individual class beyond doubt with releases such as the fantastic ‘Sacrifi ce’ on Saved Records. Just 25 years-old and with only three releases under his belt, he’s already attracted support from the
likes of Joris Voorn (who released ‘The Tide’ on his own Rejected label), Deetron, Maceo Plex, Seth Troxler and Pete Tong. Surprising us by including Geeeman and Cajmere alongside DJ W!ld and Washerman, it’s an hour- long ride of solid dancefl oor grooves. Check online for our interview with Mark.
