DLF Information Point The Disabled Living Foundation is running the Information Point at Naidex 2012. This is located within the show on stand A35, on the right hand side of entrance Hall 19. Visit them to ask about equipment or services you are looking for, as well as general advice and information.
Press Offi ce The Press Offi ce will be hosted throughout the event by the Naidex offi cial PR agency, C.A.S. Marketing Communications. All members of the press are welcome to visit the Press Offi ce, situated to the left of the entrance to Hall 17.
Sales Offi ce For further information on participating in one of the Naidex events or to fi nd out more about the show and the organiser, i2i Events Group, visit the Sales Offi ce situated on stand E58.
Cash Points
Cash points are located inside and outside the Natwest Bank situated by Hall 4 and an additional cash point is located opposite Hall 8 by Atrium 2 entrance.
First Aid
The NEC Medical centre is situated by Atrium Entrance 2, opposite Hall 8. Your fi rst point of contact for any fi rst aid is via the Organiser’s Offi ce situated to the left of the entrance to Hall 17.
VIPs
If you have a VIP badge, please go to the Sales Offi ce on stand E58 to pick up your goody bag.

Disabled Parking is free of charge for vehicles displaying blue badges.
Sign-Language Interpreter is available at the show. Please go to the Press Offi ce, situated to the left of the entrance to Hall 17 to request this service.
Mobility Loan Point powered and manual wheelchairs and scooters, will be available to visitors for hire throughout the show on a fi rst-come- fi rst-served basis. The mobility loan point is located by Hall 17 in the Atrium.
Disabled Toilets and Changing Rooms are located located by Hall 17 near the entrance.
Assistance Dogs are welcome at Naidex.
