ACCESSIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE We have a dedicated Accessibility Service with six teams of specially trained advisors who support a wide range of customer queries and needs.
Audio description, a valuable tool for people who are blind or have a visual impairment, is available to all Sky customers and is easily enabled through the remote control.
INNOVATING TO IMPROVE ACCESS Our Easy Grip remote control, designed for customers with visual or dexterity problems, is now offered free to our disabled customers. We’ve also developed Sky Talker which vocalises parts of the electronic programme guide for customers with visual impairments.
