Low mobility material measurements


Characterizing low mobility in materials has been difficult using the traditional DC Hall effect as there is a limit that is not comparable with researchers needs. LakeShore Cryonics discusses how a method widely used in Japan that uses an AC field to create the Hall effect is demonstrating a much lower parameter and better results for characterizing low mobility materials
