“As both a BPI Building Analyst for existing homes and a new RESNET HERS rater for newly constructed homes, this course was a tremendous help in filling some gaps of my understanding of mechanical ventilation details. Both this Ventilation course and the Houses That Work course have given me much more confidence to talk to builders, HVAC guys and not back down or be bullied. Convincing the consumers with whom I deal, is not a problem. They are either requesting energy audits in existing homes or can afford to buy a new home, and seem to be either already educated about mechanical ventilation, or are immediately open to it. It’s most of the builders and HVAC guys who I find resistant. I fully intend to refer the builders and HVAC guys to this course and site. I intend to take more of these courses.”
