Brett Crossland Strength and Conditioning A 2006 graduate of Midwestern State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Brett Crossland was hired as Brown’s assistant strength and conditioning coach in February 2010. Crossland’s primary responsibility at Brown is to design and supervise in-season, off-season and summer strength and conditioning programs for numerous Brown athletic teams, including its nationally ranked men’s lacrosse team.

Beth Conroy Athletic Trainer Beth Conroy begins her third season with the Brown men’s lacrosse team after joining the Brown Athletic Training Staff in September 2008. In just two years, Conroy has worked with the Bears in the NCAA Tournament in 2009 and in the Ivy league Playoffs in 2010.

Christopher Humm Director of Sports Information Christopher Humm joined the Brown University athletic staff in July 1988, as Director of Sports Information and head golf coach after holding similar positions at Hofstra University for eight years. He stepped down as golf coach at the end of the 1993 season. At Brown, Humm is responsible for the implementation of a media relations program, including the publishing of interactive magazines and game programs, video streaming, social media and the daily updating of the Brown Athletics web site, brown bears. com, for Brown’s 37 varsity athletic teams.
