number of paid library staff has fallen by 4 per cent over the past year, while the number of volunteers has gone up by 22 per cent.

Local campaigns are happening all over the UK to save library services, but at the lobby we will join together to send a clear message to MPs.

Please support the campaign, and sign up at the website to let us know if you are coming.

Look before you leap

Each year thousands of young people join the armed forces straight after school. With the Government proposing to expand cadet forces into state education, it is important for potential recruits and their parents to know about military life before enlisting.

Before You Sign Up is an information charity that sets out the pros and cons of military life. Visit our website for more information.
