We use Take-it-Anywhere hardcover Bibles with our Christian Release Time program for a local middle school. T e students leave campus during school hours for a Bible study during their arts-related period. T ere are 660 students at the middle school, and 275 of them attend our weekly program from September to March. We have 30 volunteers from four diff erent churches who work with the students. T ese middle schoolers need an easy- reading Bible that isn’t really large so they can easily carry their Bibles to school. Some of their teachers and other students see these Take-it-Anywhere Bibles, and they want one too. We’ve had lots of salvation decisions in our six years with the program. What is amazing is that we’ll
be talking about one Scripture verse, and I’ll see the students with their heads down, reading on beyond the verse. It’s so powerful to see the students read and want to know God’s Word.
