SHIPPING INFORMATION
DELIVERY: Orders are shipped standard ground to all CONTINENTAL U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO residents. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery. Express Delivery: Offered for in-stock items only received by 12PM CST for an additional charge. It is not available to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Next day shipping is available in the continental 48 states for an additional charge. See the chart below. Parts of your order may be shipped depending on our stock availability. SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES: For shipping rates, find the total of your merchandise order, your shipping destination, and choice of service (if in the U.S.) from the chart below. Add the correct amount to the Shipping line above the Total Due line on the order form. Please add $3.00 shipping surcharge for all complete skateboards. All mini box, ramps and rails must be placed on separate orders and an extra oversize shipping charge added. All snowboards must be placed on separate orders and an extra $19.95 oversize shipping charge will be added. Ground shipping in the continental U.S. only for mini box, ramps, rails and snowboards.

All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention, and we’ll make every effort to expedite the handling of your return request. We expect you’ll be pleased with your purchase. However, if you’d like to return all or part of your order for an exchange or refund, please follow these instructions:

Easy drop-off at any U.S. Mail location. Package the return. Affix the SmartLabel™ to your package. Cover or remove the original shipping label. Return Policy: For returns processed 90 days from date of shipment, a GiftCard will be issued if an exchange isn’t requested. If you are the recipient of a gift, please provide your full name, shipping address and email address (if available). Returns received more than one year after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. At your request, GiftCards are available for all exchanges made prior to 90 days from date of shipment. All items must be unused and in new condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. All shoes must be unlaced and unworn. Video and ramp plans must be unopened. No skateboard or snowboard deck is completely guaranteed. Once the deck has been used it cannot be returned or refunded.
