LED Lighting System

WELCOME TO THE AQUASCAPE LED LIGHTING SYSTEM WHERE ADDING A NEW DIMENSION TO YOUR WATER FEATURE AND LANDSCAPE HAS NEVER

BEEN EASIER! Aquascape's goal is to create an innovative, sustainable, submersible and outdoor LED lighting solution that is simple-to-understand and install. The savings in electricity using LED lighting over traditional halogen lighting often pays for the fi xture within the fi rst few years of use. There are several calculators available online to calculate the savings.

While many water gardening companies have recently entered the LED lighting market, Aquascape has been able to not only minimize power consumption but has also been able to create a more natural-looking light that easily blends in with existing halogen lighting.

are fully submersible and are not problematic like traditional halogen pond and landscape lighting that often has issues with high temperatures, voltage drop and premature lamp burnout.

Less expensive or cheaper quality LED lighting systems found in the market often have a bright blue or unnatural looking light that doesn't blend into the landscape.

TRANSFORMERS

In order to calculate the appropriate size of transformer needed, simply total the amount of lights you plan to incorporate into your landscape. Add the total amount of watts of all your lights combined, to determine the wattage of the transformer needed. It's always a good idea to leave additional wattage for expansion of the system, or small voltage drops caused by long runs of wire. Remember the transformer will only consume as much electricity as being used by the lighting so choosing a larger transformer for future lighting needs will not increase energy costs.
