According to many who have had it, it is the finest eating there is. It has been cured with salt, brown sugar, and black pepper, and smoked with hickory to a golden brown. It has that characteristic and delicious country flavor but is milder than our Attic Aged Hams. You can fry it, bake it, or boil it. You can serve it for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, or supper.
