Candidate Requirements: - Have a proven track record in selling luxury residential and/or resort properties to HNWIs of various nationalities
- Be an excellent communicator with an ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Be fluent in English and Portuguese (other languages such as German, Dutch, Spanish will be beneficial)

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional sales consultant with a minimum of 2 years overseas property experience who can demonstrate a proven track record of selling overseas property over the telephone. The position will be home based and some worldwide travel will be expected, approximately 1-2 times per annum.
Our current home based sales consultants have all earned over £60,000 in the last 6 months and are on target to achieve an annual income of over £120k.
We will endeavour to provide the successful candidate with 50 warm leads per week and will be expecting the candidate to close a minimum of 6 sales per month.
